Kate Asay (pronounced ā-sēē) is a licensed REALTOR® and Broker. She and her husband Nathan founded Asay Group Real Estate in 2021 with the goal of helping families in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas find their dream home.

Kate’s degree in communications from Stephen F Austin State University (go Lumberjacks!) provides a firm foundation for helping clients achieve their goals and moving them efficiently through the sale process. Kate's real estate career began in 2007, and has gained her experience under some of the best known local and global brokerages. Melanie Davis has been a resident of Fort Worth since 1987. She and her husband Jack love everything the DFW area offers, including world-class arts, education, sports and entertainment. They currently reside on Fort Worth’s westside.

Alexandra De Leon (Alex to those who know her) is Fort Worth born and raised. She earned her Bachelor’s in Education from Texas Wesleyan University and her Master’s of Education from the University of Texas at Arlington.
