Alexandra De Leon (Alex to those who know her) is Fort Worth born and raised. She earned her Bachelor’s in Education from Texas Wesleyan University and her Master’s of Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. She brings her knowledge and passion for education into her work as a REALTOR® by working alongside her clients to help instill a true understanding of the home buying and selling process. 

Alex is also the Owner/Founder of MCM University, a real estate investment school right here in Fort Worth. MCM University is a TREC approved continuing education provider for REALTORS® and also offers a mentorship program for people interested in real estate investing. 

Alex is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist® (ALHS), a Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS), and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert® (RENE). She has been named Best Real Estate Agent for three consecutive years (2022-24) by the readers of 360West. 

She and her husband Kyler (who have known each other since the fourth grade) live in the TCU area and are faithful fans of the Horned Frogs. When they aren’t working or hanging out with their three pups (Cooper, Autumn, and Phoebe), Alex and Kyler love to travel.
